Dr. Halpern has been creating beautiful smiles for patients of all ages with exceptional orthodontic care. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Concordia University in Montreal before moving west to study Dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. Dr. Halpern is excited to be back in Manitoba creating self-esteem and confidence, one beautiful smile at a time.
